The coconut shell fibers by heating to 1200℃ and becomes activated carbon. Mixed with polyester it becomes coconut-charcoal fiber. As the fibers contain coconut-charcoal granules, fabrics woven from these fibers retain the charcoal's activity and forms a porous surface, have the functions as humidity prevention, deodorizing and anti-UV.
